Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

In accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Deneme Deneme Evcil Hayvan Ürünleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("the Company") as data controller, within the scope and for the purposes explained below.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out product and service sales processes, fulfilling order and delivery operations, conducting contractual processes, managing customer relations and handling support requests, carrying out finance and accounting processes (invoicing, statutory bookkeeping records), fulfilling legal obligations, ensuring site security, and — only where you have given explicit consent — sending you commercial electronic messages.

Your personal data is collected electronically through channels such as creating a membership on the Site, placing an order, and filling out contact forms. This data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "being mandatory for the fulfilment of a legal obligation", and "being mandatory for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject"; where explicit consent is required (e.g. marketing messages), your separate consent is additionally obtained.

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and only to the extent necessary for the purpose, to contracted cargo/logistics companies for the delivery of your order, to payment institutions for carrying out payment processes, to cloud/hosting and technology providers from whom we receive services, and to authorized public institutions and organizations in cases of legal obligation. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your personal data is retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation (for example, 10 years for invoice and accounting records under the Tax Procedure Law and the Turkish Commercial Code) and for the period required by the purpose of processing; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.

The Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data and unauthorized access to it, and to ensure the safekeeping of the data.

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction within the conditions stipulated by law, to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from analysis by automated systems, and to request compensation for damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, together with information verifying your identity, by email to info@antalyaalomama.com or in writing to Deneme Deneme Mahallesi, Deneme Deneme Caddesi No: 0, Muratpaşa / Antalya. Your requests will be concluded free of charge within no more than 30 (thirty) days depending on their nature; if the request also requires a cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
